West Coast Heating & Air is a proud, family-owned business that’s been serving the greater Sacramento area and East Bay since 2021—but our roots in the HVAC trade go much deeper. With over a decade of hands-on industry experience, we’ve worked in homes, businesses, tight crawlspaces, and wide-open attics, learning the ins and outs of heating and cooling systems like the backs of our well-worn tool belts.


Founded by a family of six who knows what it’s like to juggle school runs, busy work schedules, and the occasional “why is the heater making that noise?” moment, we built this company to bring real-world understanding to real-life comfort needs.
